Calm In The Chaos
A practical, confidence-building baby & child first aid course designed to help parents feel calm, capable and prepared for any emergency.
About Calm In The Chaos
Hi, I’m Caitlin - a critical care nurse of 10+ years and a mum.
Calm in the Chaos is a baby and child first aid course designed to help parents and caregivers act quickly and effectively in an emergency. It was created to make first aid feel less overwhelming and more accessible. No jargon, no scare tactics, no assessments - just clear, practical skills you’ll actually remember.
In this course, you’ll learn:
-
CPR for babies and children
-
What to do if your child is choking
-
How to recognise and respond to an unresponsive child
-
Managing common emergencies (fevers, burns, rashes, allergic reactions and more)
-
When and where to seek help and what to do while waiting
-
How to stay calm and focused under pressure
Each session is practical, hands-on, and designed so you leave feeling capable, not overwhelmed.
Because when something happens, you won’t have time to Google - you’ll rely on what you already know.
